What it is
Most schools think campaign readiness starts with a strong case for support. It doesn't. It starts months earlier, in the quality of leadership alignment, board readiness, and organizational health that either sets a campaign up to succeed or quietly undermines it before the first ask is ever made.
In this session, hosted by INJOY Stewardship Solutions, you'll hear from two people who see this pattern from different sides. Michael Beaumont unpacks what organizational health actually looks like inside a school preparing to fundraise, including the leadership blind spots that often go unnoticed until a campaign is already underway. Matthew Wolcott brings the funding side into view, tracing how campaign outcomes take shape in the six to twelve months before a campaign is ever announced.
Together, they'll show how these two disciplines converge. Vision clarity, board readiness, and the strength of your case for support aren't separate conversations. They're the same conversation, viewed from two angles.
